The process is a journey and we can walk with you through it. We will give you tools and resources to assist you. We ask that you pray for the leading of Holy Spirit as to whether the program is right for you. It is a donation-based program. We do ‘in person’ and/or zoom sessions.

Samantha Obbagy
Samantha is passionate about seeing people set free by the power of the Holy Spirit and finds great joy in watching the Lord bring true freedom to His people!
A former youth pastor and Director of ministries, she now partners with Holy Spirit in the Inner Healing and Deliverance/Freedom Ministry.
Samantha holds a Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies, Certification with Tribe Activation Ministries in Inner Healing and Deliverance and was trained in Inner Healing and Deliverance through Xxtreme Ministries in Cocoa, FL. She is an ordained minister, and received ordination through Joan Hunter’s Ministry and Healing School in Tomball, TX. Samantha is an Emotion Code Practitioner through Discover Healing by Dr. Bradley Nelson, DC.
Samantha has ministered to people, groups, and animals both throughout the US and internationally and is excited to continue to flow with the Lord as He continues to call His Beloved sons and daughters

Alison Bitney
As a Pastor’s wife for 10 yrs in Ridgecrest, CA, Alison has had many opportunities in one on one counseling and instruction in God’s Scriptures. She is an adept teacher and researcher of the Word of God. Alison and her Husband, Brian have been married for over 40 years. They can attest to the struggles and challenges of life. As a mother of 2 adult children she has proven that God is the restorer and rebuilder of families. As a Registered Nurse, she has had over 40 years of comforting, teaching, and counseling those that are ill, fearful, or terminal. Her prophetic gifting is valuable in inner healing and her knowledge of the spirit realm is evident in her teaching and counseling. Alison earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and has received training through Tribe Activation Ministries. She is a member and prophetic elder of Shilo Ministries.
Laura Perkins
Laura has a Pastoral heart and hungers after Jesus. She exhibits a strong desire to share the love of the Father’s Heart and His Word. She is an Ordained Minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and served as a children’s Pastor. Because of her multifaceted ability, knowledge, and insight, Laura has served in many roles: Administrative; Pastoral; Advisory Team, Worship Team; Computer Team and others. She has planned events, gone on several Missions trips as well as community Outreaches. Her experience, prophetic gifting and heart for God’s people have made her very valuable in Ministry.

Neil Bumgarner: Church Pastor for over 10years; Praise & Worship leader; Preaches the Word of God; Has a heart for the lost and hurting; Intercessor; Prophetic insight. Neil’s gifting, knowledge of the scriptures, and compassion make him a valuable team member.
Traci Moyer: Traci is a Teacher of the Scriptures and well acquainted with the laws of God. Traci is a professional Doula and has over 30 years of maternal newborn nursing experience. She a breast-feeding counselor childbirth educator. She is the Co-Director of the Healing Rooms of Central Florida. She has been a leader at her church in Orlando FL. She is a wife and mother of 5. Traci’s heart is to see the Bride make herself ready. Her life experiences, patience, faith in God, and her ability to hear from Holy Spirit make Traci a great asset to the team.
Roxanne Kinkead: Roxanne has a strong prophetic anointing and is able to accurately discern in the spirit. She has a vast experience base and has ministered over 30years. She is a mature Christian and walks closely with the Lord. She is a trusted member of Shilo and is involved in many prophetic groups throughout the Country.
There may be others that join on your session. We can give you information at that time. The initial interview will be with Alison and/or Samantha.
